I'm doing my trip to try different foods 😋 and this place didn't disappoint! The atmosphere was great and the people were friendly. The food has awesome 👌 flavor, and the quantity is more than I expected. This location is a most 🔥 when in Detroit.

First time, since the ownership transfer. I was still equally happy like I was with my first experience. My Ruben was exceptional. My pickles delicious. I did get coleslaw instead of sauerkraut. They even let my Grandson Play with the Witch. Lol

Absolutely the Best Ever Hot Corned Beef Sandwich I've Ever Had! The new ownership keeps it exactly like the original owner that opened the place up wayyy back in the day. Great Job!!! 👍

Hygrade Deli has some good corned beef to be sure. The contents and quality were among the best I've had in Metro Detroit. The interior is old school. The service is pleasant and quick. My only knock is the price for what you get. A single sandwich and can of pop with tip is $20. If there was a bag of chips thrown in I wouldn't have a complaint. Was it the best in Detroit? I would say among the best.

How do you spell the smile in my stomach? Rueben, Pastrami off the charts. Blast from the past. Very clean. Clean restrooms. Great service - we had Linda (very nice). Awesome owner.

Came home for Thanksgiving had to stop Hygrade deli. The food, staff and atmosphere was excellent. Fallon and the rest of the staff was professional. They made us feel welcome and glad to be home in the real D. Thanks Hygrade!

Went in waited on in a timely manner. However we waited over 30 minutes I inquired about our meal. Because people came in after us and was waited on and received their food. After inquiring the lady said our food was “out” not sure what that mean we waited another 10 minutes nothing so we left. Perhaps we were not worthy of being waited on. Our skin tone may not have been the right shade. Will never cross their threshold ever again.
